New Users – Website Problem!!!

There is a problem at the moment with the plug-in that handles new user activation, and I will need to create your account manually until the problem is solved.  If you’ve already created an account but it’s not activated just send me the name or email address of the account.  If you have not yet tried this, you can email me directly with your name, email address, I’ll set up the account and you can adjust it as needed (password, details) after its activated.  Sorry for any inconvenience.

  1. As of late May it seems this problem has been resolved. Although there remain some general performance issue with the site, and I’m not 100% sure the User plug-in is working as intended. If you have difficulties/doubts related to your account/login please email me directly ( Thanks.

    • So…a little update. We’ve replaced the plug-in that handles new user registration and so far the new software seems to work well. One caveat, the profile information from the previous plug-in, is not maintained. In the coming days, we’ll be asking active users ot update their profiles (using the “My Profile” link in the upper left corner of the screen. The other small change is that new users are currently manually approved, so it may take a day or two for you account request to be approved. If you should know of a more elegant solution please let me know.
